UNESCO4ALL tour
Last week, namely on December 19th, 2019, the staff of the Interpretation Centre participated in a half-day training within the EU project UNESCO4ALL TOUR, held by the Typhlological Museum from Zagreb.
Within the workshop entitled ”Affordable Tourism for the Blind”, the project and the Cathedral of St. James as one of four UNESCO cultural monuments involved in the project, were presented.
The project was presented by M.Sc. Željka Bosnar Salihagić, director of the Typhlological Museum, while art historian Ileana Kurtović spoke about the Cathedral of Sibenik.
Senior Curator, Nina Sivec held a hands-on workshop of Accessible Tourism for the Blind where all participants could learn how to tailor their services to the visually impaired.
