Presentation of the book to the Camino
On Tuesday, April 23, starting at 5 p.m., there will be a presentation of the book “From Osijek to Santiago de Compostela” by Biljana Brdar and Ivica Miložić – Miže.
The book brings the life and pilgrimage story of Ivica and Biljana, two simple people who decided on a completely unusual venture. They walked almost 3300 kilometers from their home in Osijek to the Sanctuary of St. James. On this path, going through numerous adventures, meeting new ones and meeting some known people, they tell the story of the effort and love that is needed to pursue their Path of Life.
The book abounds in numerous episodes, anecdotes, beautiful photos of nature and encounters, but also very useful tips for all those who are going to embark on an adventure called “Camino”. And for those who will walk through the Journey with Ivica and Biljana from the comfort of their homes, the book will offer beautiful and lively scenes of cities, people, shrines and personal stories that are above all inspiring.
