Andrija Škugor exhibition

The ”St. Nikola Tavelić” Gallery was too small for everyone who came to see the first exhibition of little Andrija Škugor yesterday, so the grand opening was moved to the large multimedia hall of the Centre.
The eight-year-old, who has been drawing since the age of four, left everyone speechless with his works that undoubtedly testify to his truly great talent.
His parents Ana and Davor, as well as Andrija’s religious education teacher Marijana Martinović, who contacted us a few months ago with the desire to have his first exhibition in our gallery, have been of great support to him. Professor Martinović did not hide her honor and pleasure, and even more so her joy, when she addressed the audience, greeting everyone with a few introductory words. Among other things, she emphasized that the city of Šibenik has always known how to recognize artists and has attracted them in all times, including today.
Finally, Andrija himself addressed everyone and thanked them for coming.
The exhibition includes works from the age of four until today, making Andrija officially the youngest solo exhibitor of our gallery.
Admission to the exhibition is free, and you can view it until March 29th.
