ICOM workshop held
Last week, a youth workshop organized by ICOM Croatia was held in the Centre’s hall.
The gathering was welcomed by the Executive Director of the ICOM Croatia Board, Dr. Darko Babić (Department of Museology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb).
The lecture was given by Jamie Allan Brown, University of St Andrews, Scotland.
At the workshop, young people had the opportunity to connect with other young people, share their ideas and speak directly with Croatian and international experts in heritage, culture and climate.
This workshop is part of a global series supported by the International Council of Museums (ICOM) through a special project: “Young people shaping the future of museology through the prism of the Sustainable Development Goals”, and is implemented by ICOM-ICOFOM (ICOM International Committee for Museology), ICOM Croatia and the University of St. Andrews (Scotland).
