The county competition – an exhibition of works by elementary school students in the field of visual arts and design – LIK 2024 was held on March 7, 2024 in the multimedia hall of the Interpretation Centre.
After the welcome speech by Stela Čuturić, head of the County Expert Council for Fine Arts, Mr. Vinko Bulat, on behalf of the organizers of the Šibenik-Knin County competition, greeted the numerous guests present. This was followed by the performance of the Drama Group ”Vidički glumci” from Elementary School Vidici, led by Ivana Crnov, who presented themselves with the play Snow White.
Students and mentors from 11 schools in our county participated in the county competition this school year. A total of 33 student works were submitted from the school level of the competition, which were evaluated by the county judging committee, consisting of: Antoni Paškov, prof. figure of culture and restorer, Milena Mikulandra, academic sculptor and Ana – Marija Trevižan Vujčić, meg. Education figure. the cult. and character. of arts and Manuela Srdarev, prof. fine arts. The theme of this year’s competition was fashion, and the students had to design a modern school uniform using the watercolor technique and use the pixelcut application to mount it on a given photo.
Mr. Vinko Bulat presented awards and certificates of appreciation to the students and mentors who won the first three places.
The manifestation was magnified by the singing of the students’ choir ”Zaveslaj” of the Šibenik Catholic Elementary School.
