Ladder to the sky
On Wednesday, April 26, as a prelude to the celebration of the memorial day of Blessed Ozana of Kotor, the book “Ladder to the Sky” was presented in the multimedia hall of the Interpretation Centre.
It is an anthology of dramatic texts about the life of a blessed woman who was locked in a small cell of her own free will, where she prayed and sacrificed herself for 52 years.
Prof. Ph.D. sc. and book editor Sanja Nikčević spoke about the book.
Blessed Ozana is the patron of the kindergarten of the same name in Šibenik, which is run by Dominican sisters. The figure and work of the blessed woman are tried daily by their educators to bring them closer to the youngest, and Ana Šarić, bacc.praesc.educ, explained to the audience how they do this.
The children of DV Blažen Hozana graced the event with their performance.
