The Interpretation Centre of the Cathedral of St James

The Annual Reporting Assembly of the Šibenik branch of the Croatian Catholic Medical Society was held on Saturday, March 20, in the Interpretation Centre of the St. James Cathedral.

The meeting began with a special discussion by the Bishop of Šibenik, Tomislav Rogić, who presented the latest document of the Council of the Croatian Bishops Conference for the Doctrine of the Faith “Coronavirus Pandemic and Earthquake – Call to Conversion”. He pointed out that everything that befell us would be an opportunity and a call to conversion. May this conversion take place, by the grace of God, by listening to God’s word, prayer, spiritual renunciation and free obedience of faith with effective love, the bishop quoted the document.

In the continuation, the president of the Šibenik branch of the Croatian Catholic Medical Association, Dr. Željko Perković, informed all members about the activities of the society in 2020, and gave plans for the current year.
