Camino from Osijek presented to the Šibenik audience
“Camino from Osijek to Santiago de Compostela – more than 3,300 kilometers of pure love” is the name of the book that was presented on Tuesday, April 23, in the Center’s multimedia hall.
On 416 pages and with 725 photos, the authors Biljana Brdar and Ivica Miložić – Miže bring the story of their Way, about the pilgrimage from Osijek to Santiago de Compostela, the European network of Ways of St. James – Camino de Santiago.
Walking for 107 days through Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, France and Spain, they found their way of life, on which they experienced fascinating things every day, met people of different profiles and life stories, enjoyed beautiful landscapes… On the way, there were also minor misfortunes that are an integral part of such a big journey, but everything was solved – as the authors say: “Where man fails, God will not fail”.
Arriving in Santiago, Biljana and Ivica continue to Finisterre and Muxia, where they end their journey after a total of 111 days and 3333 kilometers traveled.
